10/10/2020 0 Comments #37 - Happy National Day to TAIWANThis year is my 18th year in Canada, which means that I have left Taiwan for the past 18 years.
Taiwan is my hometown, although I often have a very interesting feeling toward this country. On the one hand, I was born on this beautiful island and spent my first 16 years of life there. However, I've also spent the next 18 years in the West, and I mainly grew up in the West, received a Western education, and blended nicely into Western civilization.

9/11/2020 0 Comments #36 - My BirthdayI celebrated my 35 years old birthday this month. 🙂 Ever since the year I turned 28 years old, I've started to write reviews/previews for my birthday. It's the same concept as New Year Resolution, but instead of using Dec 31st to mark the end of the year, I use my birthday to be more meaningful and less stressful when dealing with New Year Resolution. 4th of July, Independence Day 🙂 First Amendment. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the Freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Second Amendment. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Happy 244th Birthday to the USA!
Happy Canada Day! 🤤🍁🇨🇦 Today is the 153th birthday of Canada, and this is also my 18th year of living in Canada.
I'm so proud to be a citizen of this country, but today, I want to talk about something important! |
