I had zero memories of this event! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CN_Tower#History The second time I visited CN Tower was with my mom back in 2002, when I came to Toronto as a Visa student, and she came visiting me. And that was the last time I was on the CN Tower, until last Dec 2019, where we celebrated the New Year right at the CN Tower!!! Honestly, I was blown away by how much has changed for the CN Tower. It used to be just…well, a Tower. There wasn’t anything special about it, and all I could remember was that the food was costly, but not delicious! However, since Toronto has grown so much in the past decade, the city has completed changed the Tower and now it is really a signature landmark for Toronto. Although CN Tower used to hold a lot of world records, now with new towers from all over the world, it was no longer the tallest free-standing structure or the tallest tower, but it was still something we at the city of Toronto so proud of! Most importantly, it is a place with a lot of cool events, such as the New Year Celebration we did last year If you have never been to the Tower, be sure to check it out! If you’ve been, but like me, it was more than 10 years ago, definitely give it a try again!
