4/8/2020 0 Comments #22 - Should you buy or rent? 𝐁𝐮𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫-𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬. 😬 Homeowners will always argue the benefit of equity building, stability, and generational wealth. 🤑 Renters will say the enjoyment of life, freedom to travel and relocate, not tie up to the mortgage, interest rate, and some will also argue that housing is not a good investment and that investing in ETFs will generate more! 🙂 My take? 𝐈𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬! 😤 Because we don’t know a person unless we know their backstories and future plan, I’m always shy away from people who make an absolute statement like “buying is always better” or “Renting is for fools”! 😱 Remember, most realtors will persuade you to buy it because they want to make the commissions, and most governments will also want you to buy because they need to collect the property taxes. 😳 𝐘𝐞𝐬, 𝐈’𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐞𝐬, 𝐈 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞! 🧐 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐛 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬! 🤓 Have a clear future plan for yourself and love ones. 🥰 𝘈𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴? 𝘌𝘵𝘤 𝘦𝘵𝘤. 𝘦𝘵𝘤. 😇 All these questions should be clearly answered and planned out before you decide to buy or rent! 😆 The bottom line is to find the best way to utilize your money while maintain or increase your life quality! 👍 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲! 💪 👇 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫?
