Both Erica and my parents are big on real estate; in fact, 𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠. 🏠 I started as a trader and never understood the appeal of real estate. For me, it’s so slow, tedious, and not exciting! 😴 I love how liquid the stock markets are, and I love how fast and exciting the forex pairs can move. 😎
However, after I took the rich dad education and went on my real estate journey, I came to realize why real estate is the investment that everyone should have. 🤑 Yes, it is still dull and slow, but the most important reasons are: 𝟏. 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝟐. 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝟑. 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 And that’s it! 💪💪💪 No matter how good of a trader you are, you will always have a hard time to raise capital. Actually, you’re not even allowed to do that unless you’re registered and under the regulation. 😳 Are you very creative? Well, it’s equally hard for you to get money from venture capitalists. Every entrepreneur has a dream of becoming the next Facebook, and every angel investors want to find the next twitter. 🤭🤭🤭 But for real estate? Get a job, work steadily for three years, and go to any banks to ask for a loan for a home, most likely, you will have a couple of them willing to lend you 80% - 85% of the property value. 😮 If you’re a first-time homebuyer? They might even lend you 95%. 😲 And no, you don’t need to practice your pitch a thousand times, you don’t need to produce a reliable trading track records, you don’t need to register with SEC or to hold any license. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨: 𝟏. 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝟐. 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝟑. 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝟒. 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐲 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 That’s it! 😳 Then, you repeat the above four steps, and meanwhile, the property you’ve bought will 𝟏. 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝟐. 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝟑. 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝟒. 𝐁𝐮𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 And repeat again, and again, and again! 👑 Yes, you will not become the next trading guru, or Zack or Jack, but you will generate wealth! 👼🏻 👇 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲!
