The first time I was at CN Tower was back in 1991 when we visited our uncle in Toronto as they’ve recently immigrated to Canada.
My first knowledge about Real Estate was back in Taiwan when my Dad gave me a book called “Rich Dad Poor Dad.” 👍
I was only 14, but was immediately drawn to the concept of passive Income and the four quadrants.
Unfortunately, I took it the wrong way and started looking down on the “Employee” quadrant, and always dreamed of making money “the easy way”…🤦♂️
Often, beginners want to know, “𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞?” 🤩
instead of “𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞?” 😵
The correct question is, “𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤?” 𝐨𝐫 “𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤?” 🧐
Trading/Investing is just a game of probability. 🎲
I’ve always loved music, thanks to my mom, who always took me to see world performers back in Taiwan. She’d always take me out of school whenever there were excellent performances from international artists, and perhaps that was how I’ve developed my love for art and eventually pursued a career/hobby in art as well.
